As I write this from my phone my dog Rocco is sitting on my lap, sleeping. I recently adopted him from a dog rescue and have grown appreciation for what a loving pet can do for your mental health.
If I’m ever feeling stressed or anxious just having him lay on my lap relieves me of my worries. He’s like a weighted blanket that occasionally snores, farts and craps in the backyard.

I have been on a mission to help others overcome their mental health troubles and I would like to ask you, my dear readers, what you do to manage your mental health troubles such as anxiety or depression?
I want to share your successes so we can all work together to improving everyone’s mental health!
