Feeling stressed out?

I suggest taking a break and trying to relax your mind. Meditate for 3 minutes if that’s all you are able to do. 

  • Do PT or OT exercises 
  • Try a few breathing exercises 
  • Make yourself smile- it sounds silly but it works

Your mental health is very important to take care of while recovering from a brain injury. 

Unfortunately, mental health is overlooked and that needs to change.
